Our Story
OT for me was founded by Victoria Read (nee Jarman) in 2018. OT for me has been fortunate to have many families welcome us into their lives over the years and allow us to be a part of their child's growth and development. We continue to support many of our foundational families and we love meeting and creating connections with new families.

At OT for me, we have strong roots in providing early intervention for children with disability or delay. In 2024, we expanded our services to also provide therapy for young adults with disability or delay.
Our Approach
At OT for me we provide therapy using a client-centred approach. We collaborate with clients and families to individualise our goals and therapy to reflect each client's strengths, concerns and wishes. Through evidence-based interventions and strengths-based therapy we ensure you get the most out of our sessions. We consider the impact of the environment and support the transference of skills across environments.

We are a neurodiversity-affirming practice, which means we celebrate and respect the natural differences in how people think, learn and interact with the world. Our approach focuses on understanding and supporting each person's unique strengths and needs, rather than trying to change or 'fix' them. We aim to create a safe, inclusive space where individuals and families feel empowered to thrive and be themselves.
